Employed Individuals:
- Last 2 Year T4 Slips
- Last 2 Year Notice of Assessments (with confirmation of taxes paid)
- 2 current Pay Slips
- Employment Letter (includes your job title, full time status, start date, overtime ad bonus abilities and wage. Employer signature required.)
Self-Employed Individuals
- Last 2 Year T1 (Full) Income Tax Returns
- Last 2 Year Notice of Assessments (with confirmation of taxes paid)
- Last 2 Years Business Financial Statements
- Notice of Incorporation/Articles of Incorporation (if incorporated)
- 12 months of Business Banking Statements

- Your Realtor and Solicitor’s contact information
- Accepted Offer, MLS Listing
- Strata documents (if property is strata)
- Current mortgage statements for any existing mortgage or secured line of credits
- 3 month current bank statement showing your down payment funds
