• Last 2 Year Notice of Assessments (with confirmation of taxes paid)
• 2 current Pay Slips
• Employment Letter (includes your job title, full time status, start date, overtime ad bonus abilities and wage. Employer signature required.)

Self-Employed Individuals

• Last 2 Year T1 (Full) Income Tax Returns
• Last 2 Year Notice of Assessments (with confirmation of taxes paid)
• Last 2 Years Business Financial Statements
• Notice of Incorporation/Articles of Incorporation (if incorporated)
• 12 months of Business Banking Statements

• Accepted Offer, MLS Listing
• Strata documents (if property is strata)
• Current mortgage statements for any existing mortgage or secured line of credits
